About Us

Billy has over two decades of experience working as a commercial general contractor on the west coast. He has worked on all project types and enjoys the fast pace interior projects as well as the details and engineering of the more demanding projects like research and development labs. Billy relies on his extensive industry network to assist clients in building teams to deliver successful projects.

When not working you can find Billy enjoying life to the fullest with his wife Megan and two kids Buchanan and Sloan. They can be found boating on the sound, camping in the pacific northwest and skiing in the winter.

Scott has spent over a decade working as a commercial general contractor in the greater Seattle area. He has worked on ground up, biotech, corporate office tenant improvements, and R&D. Scott enjoys technical and program level needs of biotech clients as well fast-paced corporate tenant improvements. Scott utilizes a team-based approach to deliver a successful product to his client and all other stakeholders.

When not working Scott spends his time with his wife Shannon and his two dogs Penny and Finnegan. Shannon and Scott both enjoy traveling overseas, spending time with friends and family as well as spending time on the Pacific Northwest’s beaches.

With seven years of experience in the construction industry, Annie has built a strong foundation in delivering successful projects across biotech, research and development, and other critical environments. Having worked both as an Owner’s Representative and within a General Contractor setting, Annie brings a comprehensive understanding of the whole project lifecycle, from conception to completion. Annie is dedicated to providing solutions that meet each project’s unique needs, creating trusting relationships, and delivering exceptional results in high-stakes construction projects.

In her free time, Annie enjoys camping with her family and spending time with her niece and nephew, teaching them all there is to know about life. She also enjoys seeing live music with friends and traveling to tropical countries. She and her partner Ryan have a loveable brown Labradoodle named Onna.
