The Recon Process

Simple and Straightforward, by design.

The Recon Process provides a pathway for our team and our clients to walk (or run) towards the end goal of space that inspires.

  • No matter the project scope, we begin with an in depth analysis of the needs of your workspace, your existing corporate brand standards, and identifying and understanding the impacts to productivity. This background serves as the foundation for aligning the project outcomes with your company’s real estate needs.

  • Based on discovery and input from all stakeholders, the Recon team develops a project plan specific to your needs, budget and timeline. While we pride ourselves on being nimble throughout the project, a solid project plan ensures everyone from the broker, architect and general contractor are on the same page from day one.

  • Once under construction, we closely monitor the project schedule, budget and quality along the way. We manage the client’s approvals and decisions, general contractor, architect and designers and client direct vendors to ensure collaboration and coordination among all parties.
