Preconstruction
Where creative and technical fluencies are critical, our agile team develops and implements a project plan early. We assist and manage the design process, build and manage project vendors, ensure collaboration among all partners and also help navigate local permitting services.

Construction Management
Dropping our hard hat on, we manage the general contractors, and/or subcontractors and owner direct vendors throughout the build process. Leveraging our team’s background in construction management, we closely lead the project lifecycle to maintain schedule, budget and quality along the way.

Move & Vendor Services
When it’s time to move into your new space, our team will manage this final step. We will work closely with our clients to hire movers and other office services such as vending, leased equipment services and food and beverage. We also ensure that your exiting requirements are met with decommissioning services.
